Cameo Lithium Disilicate

The main component of CAMEO Glass Ceramic is lithium disilicate produced in a special process. Simple crystallization process makes it to a supreme esthetic ceramic material for applications such as Inlays, Onlays and Crowns.

HIGH TRANSLUCENCY

High translucency up to 48% matching the esthetics of natural teeth.

FULL SHADE RANGE

16 Vita Shades and 4 Bleach Shade guarantee the best shade match.

EASY SINTERING

Simple and rapid crystallization process to reduce operating time.

COMPETITIVE PRICING

Lab to Lab service from designed STL files  is priced at £28 per unit.

Zirconia Crowns and Bridges

We use high-quality certified and tested materials. All our Zirconia crowns and bridges are made in the UK – milling, sintering and designing are local. We only use pre-shaded materials – none of our zirconia shades is achieved by dipping. As a result, the colour goes through the entire thickness of a restoration giving it real depth. We use multiple types of zirconia to make sure we can offer a restoration of the highest standard.

Zirconia – Aesthetic

Highly aesthetic ultra translucent material with 49% translucency and gradient in colour getting lighter towards the top. Excellent for anterior full-contour units. Suitable for single posterior work, single anterior and up to 3 units anterior bridges.

Zirconia – High Strength

Very strong zirconia, up to 1200MPa and 39% translucent. Suitable for any kind of restorations including cantilever and maryland bridges. Great for frameworks designed for layering with ceramics, but also an excellent option for cost-effective full-contour ceramic posteriors.

Zirconia – Multi-Layer

Highly aesthetic material with up to 49% translucency and up to 1110MPa strength. This material features five layers of each with different levels of strength and translucency – stronger towards the bottom and more translucent towards the top. Excellent for anterior and posterior full-contour crowns and bridges.

We accept files and models

We offer a solution to every lab. If you have a scanner we are happy to accept your designs. We also gladly accept scans should you prefer us to design. If you do not have scanning facilities post your models to us, we will scan and design restoration for you. We will send the designs before manufacturing, so you are always in control.

IPS e.max CAD

IPS e.max CAD unites modern processing technology with a high-performance material. The lithium disilicate glass-ceramic is manufactured in an innovative technological process, unique in the dental industry. The glass-ceramic is processed for the laboratory in a crystalline intermediate phase. In this “soft” state, the material exhibits its unusual “bluish” colour and strength of approximately 160 MPa. In this “blue” phase, the restorations can be manually adjusted or cut-back in a fast and efficient fashion. IPS e.max CAD acquires its final strength of 500 MPa and the desired esthetic characteristics, such as tooth colour, translucency and brightness, during a simple and quick crystallization process.

Highest quality premium  material

IPS e.max CAD is one of the world’s best-selling glass-ceramic. It is suitable for the efficient fabrication of full-contour restorations and it is known for its versatile application options, comprehensive range of restoration types and for its high strength of up to 530 MPa.

IPS e.max CAD LT  – The versatile block

Given their low translucency which is similar to that of the natural dentin. Restorations made from LT blocks convince users with their lifelike brightness and chroma. This prevents the incorporated restorations from greying.

IPS e.max CAD MO – The classical block

Given their particular opacity, MO blocks are ideally suitable for the fabrication of frameworks on slightly discoloured preparations. They are primarily used in the dental laboratory.

Metal-free partial frameworks

A great alternative to metal partial frameworks. Some advantages include lighter weight, great biocompatibility, more comfort for the patient, no corrosion or other toxicity. Made in the UK.

Solvay Ulitare AKP

Ultaire™ AKP is a high-performance polymer that is designed specifically as a metal replacement for partial dentures — with the strength and durability required to give you a comfortable and functional partial denture.

Myerson Duraflex

Myerson DuraFlex is a state of the art thermoplastic material with the ideal combination of flexibility, translucency and durability for use in removable partial dentures and tissue-coloured clasps.

Zirlux Acetal

Zirlux Acetal is a semi-flexible, tooth colored material. It’s ideal for partial denture frameworks and other metal-free removable applications. This highly crystalline acetal copolymer possesses high tensile and flexural strength, fatigue resistance, low friction, low moisture absorption, and excellent dimensional stability.

Metal restorations

We offer high-quality metal restorations milled in a wide range of certified materials. Our milling services include full-contour crowns and bridges, single and multiple-unit frameworks, implant frames both milled to fixture head and on ti-bases.

Full-contour crowns and bridges

Available in cobalt-chromium, titanium and non-precious gold-coloured alloy. Great fit and finishing quality, requires a minimal amount of finishing.

Frameworks

High-quality single and multiple-unit frameworks. Passive and stress-free fit. our restorations are milled from a solid block – no heat processing was applied during the manufacturing process.

Implant restorations

Wide range of implant restorations including frameworks milled to fixture head and on ti-bases, Dolder bars, bars with locators, abutments. Only the highest quality of titanium or cobalt-chromium is used during the manufacturing process.

Wide ranege of PMMA and Composite materials

Low costs, aesthetic qualities, good wear resistance, high polishability, color stability, a good marginal fit with optimal transverse strength, and biocompatibility with the oral tissues confirm PMMA / Composite as being a highly suitable material for direct interim restorations and making it one of the most used materials for the manufacturing of durable provisionals.

breCAM HIPC

breCAM.HIPC is a high impact polymer composite for long term dental prosthesis. HIPC has already been tested in vivo and approved for over 9 years.
breCAM.HIPC is an amorphic, cross-linked composite and therefore offers higher physical values than conventional PMMA.
Manufacturing is carried out under pressure and in heated conditions similar to prefabricated teeth made from plastic at approximately 120 °C and 250 bars of pressure. Avoiding the use of dental glass and light-curing plastic ensures a high level of colour retention and plaque resistance (comparable with direct ceramic veneers or press ceramics).

breCAM.multiCOM

The polychrome composite is suitable for a dental prosthesis with a wearing time of up to two years. It is manufactured based on polymethylmethacrylate and has been offset with >20% ceramic fillers in order to increase the strength. Here, the inorganic filler (ceramic particle) has been integrated in the plastic matrix of the organic PMMA. This results in optimised material properties in the field of strength, abrasion properties and for dry or wet metal cutting.
The multichromatic layering of breCAM.multiCOM gives the dental prosthesis a natural colour gradient.

Monolayer PMMA

PMMA disc is made of special Polymethyl methacrylate, which has increased translucency and superior mechanical properties. It is designed for production of long or short term temporary restorations, cemented or screw retained replacements.

Multilayer PMMA

PMMA disc is made of special Polymethyl methacrylate, which has increased translucency and superior mechanical properties. Multilayer is designed for production of fully or partially anatomical long-term temporary crowns and bridges, with gradient color gives the restoration natural look.
