IP Dental Milling LTD Terms and Conditions:


IP Dental Milling offers services for dental technicians exclusively.

All items supplied remain the property of IP Dental Milling until payment is received in full.

All accounts are strictly nett and are payable within 30 days of monthly statement.

IP Dental Milling reserves the right to check the credit rating of any client.

IP Dental Milling will charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 5% per month which will be applied to the total amount outstanding including any previous interest charged.

Appliances are constructed to the specification prescribed in an email sent by a customer. IP Dental Milling is not responsible for the suitability of that specification.

IP Dental Milling endeavours to interpret and follow the client’s instructions correctly. If however a mistake is made on our part, IP Dental Milling will rectify the situation free of charge. Please note that this does not apply to approved designs.

IP Dental Milling will not compensate dentist’s or laboratory fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind.

By using the appliance the client accepts that IP Dental has produced the appliance to the specification and satisfaction of the client.

IP Dental Milling will not compensate any individual patient, in the event a product fails to meet the required prescription.

Any appliance manufactured by IP Dental Milling needs to be finished, checked and approved by qualified GDC registered Dental Technician. It is up to the customer to ensure those checks are being made. If those instructions are not being followed, appliances cannot be treated as a medical devices of any kind.

The client is solely responsible for any additional costs and charges incurred through changing instructions from the original prescription.

IP Dental Milling reserves the right to charge for the remaking of an appliance.

IP Dental Milling reserves the right to charge for shade changes.

A loss and handling charge is added to the weight of precious and semi-precious alloys used.

IP Dental Milling endeavours to deliver work on or before the delivery date. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to alert the client to an expected overdue job. If for any reason this has not been possible, IP Dental Milling will not compensate the dentist’s or laboratory fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind.
